A healthy pistachio and date energy balls, with no added sugar. These energy balls are a great snack with out the guilt for those mid day cravings. There is no added sugar, its sweetened naturally with soft dates.
Soft dates work best for this recipe. But if you don’t have soft dates, just soak the dates in hot water for ten minutes. The soaking in hot water will help the dates to get soften and will help with binding the balls together.
pistachio date energy ball recipe-
(makes about 12-14 small balls)
Pitted soft dates- 12 (or more depending on how sweet you like it)
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or a blender. Pulse few times until the mixture comes together.
Remove and make small balls. Refrigerate for atleast 15 mins and enjoy!
