Sprouted Green Moong dal and Pomegranate salad –

Ingredients:

Sprouted Green Moong Dal- 2 cups (Click here to for the recipe for making the sprouts)

Green / Red Bell Pepper -1cut to small pieces

Red Onion – 1 tbsp chopped
-
Pomegranate Kernels – ½ cup
-
Olive oil – 1 tsp
-
Salt and Pepper to taste

Chaat Masala – ¼th tsp (optional)

Lemon Juice to taste
Procedure:

Combine all the above ingredients. Mix well.

Let the salad sit for ten minutes before serving.
