I have compiled a list of pickles (pachadi) I have blogged so far for a quick reference. The recipes are made with either vegetables, dals or coconut.
Typically most of these pachadi’s ( except for the mango pickle) need to be consumed with in two to three days.
Serve these pachadi’s with hot white rice and a dollop of ghee.
