Indian Style Cabbage Fry – a simple stir fry made with cabbage, chili powder and roasted chana dal. Serve this Cabbage Fry with rice and rasam.
A simple Indian style stir fry made with cabbage, ginger and red chili powder. A tempering of mustard seeds and curry leaves and the addition of roasted chana dal makes this stir fry quite tasty. Growing up this was one of my favorite sides my mom made for us.
I like to enjoy this Cabbage fry with brown rice, millets and mango dal.
