Cantaloupe smoothie with coconut water & ginger

A refreshing and simple smoothie recipe with cantaloupe, coconut water and ginger.
- Chopped sweet cantaloupe- 2 cups
- Chilled Coconut water- 1 cup
- Ginger- ¼th inch piece
- Few mint leaves
- Honey to taste (optional)
- In a blender add the coconut water, followed by cantaloupe, ginger and mint.
- Add some honey, if the cantaloupe is not very sweet.
- Blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
A good ripened Cantaloupe works best for this recipe.
