My collection of 30+ Indian Appetizers which are Vegetarian/Vegan. From chaats, to vada to dhokla you will love these lip smacking appetizers which are tangy, spicy and full of flavor.

Appetizers are a prefect start to a fun evening with friends and family. I like to serve starters which are a blend of fried food, steamed snacks and fresh salads. Something yummy to get your conversation started but keeps you going till the main course is served.
