Ingredients
- 4 samosa
- chopped onion, tomato and coriander leaves
- green chutney as needed
- tamarind date chutney as needed
- ½ cup thick yogurt mixed with salt, chaat masala and cumin powder
- sev as needed
- pomegranate
- lemon juice as needed
Instructions
- Air fry the frozen samosa according to package instructions.
- Slightly smash two of the samosa in a plate. Add some green chutney, tamarind chutney. a generous drizzle of yogurt, chopped onion, tomato, coriander leaves, more chutneys, yogurt, sev, and pomegranate. Top it with some chaat masala and a squeeze of lemon juice.
