Originally from France, Parfait is a dessert made by layering Parfait cream, fresh fruit and Granola in a tall clear glass. In United States its often eaten for breakfast. A healthy version of parfait can be enjoyed by using some low fat Ricotta and fresh fruit. The best part about this recipe is , how easily one can adapt the recipe to any fruit or cereal combinations you have on hand.
