Moringa Powder – sold online or health store. I bought mine from amazon.
Fruits – green grapes for the sweetness and green apple for the tartness
Spinach – preferably organic spinach
lime/lemon – for brightness and to balance out the flavors
How to make Moringa Green Smoothie?
Add a big handful of spinach, ¾ cup of green grapes, ½ green apple, 1 teaspoon of chia seeds, 1 tablespoon of moringa powder, few ice cubes and ¾ cup of water to a blender.
Blend until smooth and enjoy immediately.

Add 1 tablespoon of moringa powder for this smoothie recipe. Do not get tempted to add more, as it will over power the smoothie taste.

- ¾ cup green grapes
- ½ large green apple, cubed

- 3 ice cubes
