What is Nutella?
Nutella is a Chocolate Hazelnut spread. It is a smooth, creamy spread used widely as a topping on bread, as a dip, in sandwiches or paired with fruits.

Ingredients in Nutella Muffins
Nutella – you can use the original brand or any good quality chocolate hazelnut spread will work too.
Eggs – at room, leave it out for an hour before you bake.
Step by Step Method –
1 – In a large bowl add the two eggs and one cup of nutella spread. Use a whisk and mix it till smooth.
2 – Sift the flour and baking powder and add it to the egg and nutella mixture. Mix it untill no lumps and the batter is smooth.
3 – Scoop about ¼th cup of the batter into each muffin liner. Bake at 350 F for 18-19 minutes. If the tooth pick inserted comes out clean, remove the muffins.
After 2-3 minutes of resting, remove the muffins from the tray and let rest for 10-15 minutes.
You can enjoy them as is or add a dollop of nutella spread on top.
