These Orange Popsicle with berries are a fun, cool treat to enjoy with kids on a hot sunny day.

orange popsicle with berries and mint

Summer is in full swing and kids are always asking for something cold to enjoy.

I wanted to make something which they will enjoy, but not loaded with too much sugar. These popsicles was the answer, kids not only enjoyed eating them but had fun making them.

These are so easy to make, the only hardest part was waiting for it to set in the freezer.

These Orange Popsicles

  • are fun to make with kids
  • a cool sweet treat to enjoy on a hot sunny day
  • free of preservatives

Instructions with step by step pics-

1- Freshly squeeze some fresh orange juice.   Taste the juice and add sugar according to your taste. Mix it well. You can totally skip the sugar, but I like to add little bit. When you freeze these Popsicle the orange juice tends to loose its sweetness,  so adding little extra sugar works.

2 – Place few berries in the Popsicle molds and add the orange juice leaving about ¼th inch space at the top.
