- Grated Jaggery – 2 tbsps
- Water – 1 cup
- A Generous squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- A pinch of dry ginger powder
- A pinch of Cardamom
- Add the grated Jaggery in the water. Mix till completely dissolved. Filter the mixture using a strainer.
- Now add the lemon juice, dry ginger powder and cardamom. Mix well and serve as is or chilled.
