Pistachio Cashew Energy Balls –
These pistachio cashew energy balls are easy, delicious and filling and are made of just three ingredients. These energy balls are a great snack with out the guilt for those mid day cravings. These are free of any refined sugars, and its sweetened naturally with soft dates. For variation, you can also add chia seeds, flax seeds or any other nuts to the recipe.
Soft dates work best for this recipe. But if you don’t have soft dates, just soak the dates in hot water for ten minutes. Soaking in hot water will help the dates to get soften and will help with binding the balls together.
