Sprouted Green Moong dal and Pomegranate salad –
Serves: 2 to 3
- Sprouted Green Moong Dal- 2 cups (Click here to for the recipe for making the sprouts)
- Green / Red Bell Pepper -1cut to small pieces
- Red Onion – 1 tbsp chopped
- Pomegranate Kernels – 1/2 cup
- Olive oil – 1 tsp
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Chaat Masala – 1/4th tsp (optional)
- Lemon Juice to taste
- Combine all the above ingredients. Mix well.
- Let the salad sit for ten minutes before serving.
