- 1.5 cups green moong dal sprouts
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp grated carrot
- ⅓ cup chopped tomato
- cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- 2 tbsp chopped green mango (or green apple)
- 2 tbsp masala peanuts
- 1 teaspoon coriander chutney
- ½ teaspoon tamarind date chutney
- ¼ - ⅛ tea spoon red chilly powder
- ¼ teaspoon chat masala
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
In a bowl add the sprouts, followed by all the other ingredients.
Gently mix. Taste for seasoning and adjust accordingly.serve topped with some crunchy peanuts.
