Ash Gourd Spinach Juice
Ash Gourd Juice made with ash gourd, spinach and pineapple. A great detoxifying juice with many health benefits.

- 2 heaping cups ash gourd pieces
- 1 cup pineapple, chopped
- 1 cup tightly packed Spinach
- 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- honey to taste optional
- ¼ cup water skip if making it in a juicer
If using a blender –
Add pineapple, ash gourd, spinach, ginger and some water to a blender.
Blend the mixture until it is pureed completely.
Use a muslin cloth or a strainer and strain the juice. Add a squeeze of lime juice.
If you like it sweeter, add some honey to it.
For the maximum health benefits, consume the ash gourd juice with in 30 minutes of making it.
Ash Gourd Juice just like any other juice needs to be consumed immediately.
Another important thing to keep in mind while drinking this juice is don’t gobble at one stretch, takes sips of it.
