Equipment

  • popsicle molds

Ingredients

  • 2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
  • sugar to taste
  • blue berries and raspberries to taste

Instructions

  • Freshly squeeze some fresh orange juice.   Taste the juice and add sugar according to your taste. Mix it well. You can totally skip the sugar, but I like to add little bit. When you freeze these Popsicle the orange juice tends to loose its sweetness,  so adding little extra sugar works.
  • Place few berries in the Popsicle molds and add the orange juice leaving about ¼th inch space at the top.
  • Place the caps and freeze for atleast 4 to 6 hrs or till firm.
  • To unmold, run warm water under the popsicle molds for 10 to 15 seconds and gently pull out the pops.

Notes

If you have store bought orange juice, even that can be used.
If using store bought orange juice, you can skip the extra sugar.
