4 ingredient Nutella Muffins

Nutella Muffins - moist and easy nutella muffins made with just 4 ingredients. Prefect for kids birthday or enjoy as snack.

  • 1 cup nutella
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature
  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder


  • In a large bowl add the two eggs and one cup of nutella spread. Use a whisk and mix it till smooth.
  • Sift the flour and baking powder and add it to the egg and nutella mixture. Mix it untill no lumps and the batter is smooth.
  • Scoop about ¼th cup of the batter into each muffin liner. Bake at 350 F for 18-19 minutes. If the tooth pick inserted comes out clean, remove the muffins.
  • After 2-3 minutes of resting, remove the muffins from the tray and let rest for 10-15 minutes.
  • You can enjoy them as is or add a dollop of nutella spread on top.


Do not over bake the muffins, if not they will dry out as they cool.
