In a large bowl add the two eggs and one cup of nutella spread. Use a whisk and mix it till smooth.
Sift the flour and baking powder and add it to the egg and nutella mixture. Mix it untill no lumps and the batter is smooth.
Scoop about ¼th cup of the batter into each muffin liner. Bake at 350 F for 18-19 minutes. If the tooth pick inserted comes out clean, remove the muffins.
After 2-3 minutes of resting, remove the muffins from the tray and let rest for 10-15 minutes.
You can enjoy them as is or add a dollop of nutella spread on top.
Notes
Do not over bake the muffins, if not they will dry out as they cool.
