Heat a pan in medium-low heat and add the black sesame seeds. Dry roast them mixing often for 5 minutes. Transfer them to a plate and let cool completely.
In the same pan roast almonds, cashew and coconut one at a time and remove. Coconut turns brown in the matter of seconds, so keep an eye and roast only in low flame.
To a blender or a food processor add the cooled black sesame seeds and pulse it few times till sesame break down and becomes powder. Do not grind continuously, if not sesame will release too much oil. Remove and set a side.
Now add the pan fried cashew, almonds, coconut and cardamom and pulse it few times till it becomes powder. If you are left with few small pieces of nuts, thats fine.
Add the powdered jaggery to the nuts mixture and pulse again till everything is well combined.
Now add the ground black sesame powder back to the blender with the other ingredients and pulse few more times. Do not over grind.
Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and add the melted ghee. Start with one tablespoon and add more if needed. Mix it well by pressing the mixture, to release oil from black sesame.
Shape them into small rounds balls by pressing them between your palms. I got 13 small ladoo with these measurements.
