Pistachio Cashew Energy Balls

These pistachio cashew energy balls are easy, delicious and filling  and are made of just three ingredients.

  • Pistachio-1/2 cup

  • Cashew-1/2 cup

  • Pitted soft dates-¬† 12 (or more depending on how sweet you like it)


  • lightly roast the nuts in a pan and cool them completely.
  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor or a blender. Pulse few times until the mixture comes together.

  • Remove and make small balls. Refrigerate for atleast 15 mins and enjoy!
