Nutella Mousse
This Nutella Mousse with just 2 ingredients is rich and creamy, and just takes 5 minutes to put together.

Servings: 4 small cups
- 1 cup cold heavy cream or whipping cream
- ½ cup + 1 tsp nutella
- chocolate shavings for topping
- few strawberry for topping
If you have time, place a bowl in the refrigerator for few minutes to chill. This will help us to whip the cream fast.
Add the whipping cream to the chilled bowl and using a hand mixer whip the cream till stiff peaks are formed. Do not over beat the cream, it may turn into butter.
Add the nutella in to a microwave safe bowl and heat it to 45 seconds and mix it.This will help us to incorporate the whipped cream and nutella easily. Heat the nutella before whipping the cream.
Take little bit of the whipped cream and add it to the nutella mixture. Fold the cream into nutella and add the rest of the whipped cream.
Gently fold the whipped cream to the nutella mixture and transfer the mousse to individual glass cups and cover it with a plastic wrap. This will give 4 small servings.
Chill the mousse for atleast 2 hours and enjoy with shaved chocolate or berries.
Do not over beat the cream, it may turn into butter.
Warm the nutella for less than a minute. If not the cream will melt in the warm nutella.
Refrigerate atleast 2 to 3 hours to get nice consistency of the mousse.
