Coconut water is packed with electrolytes and potassium,. It’s low in calories, fat and sugar.
Adding these wonderful ingredients in a morning smoothie is a great way to kick start the day.
Green smoothie with coconut water :
(Serves 1)
Ingredients:
Chilled Coconut water – 1 cup
Kale- two big handfuls
Frozen grapes- about 8 to 10( wash the grapes and freeze for 20 minutes)
Water-½ cup
Procedure:
In a blender first add the coconut water followed by rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth and frothy. Enjoy!
