Rava Laddu is a popular and traditional South Indian sweet made with semolina, sugar, coconut, milk and cardamom. I have already blogged the recipe for Rava Laddu.

Sharing the slight variation of the Rava Laddu recipe by replacing  sugar with condensed milk. The addition of condensed milk makes these laddu that much richer and tastier!

Roast the rava in low – medium flame. Its important to roast the rava in low frame to get the best tasting rava laddu. Roast for atleast 8 to 10 minutes.  The rava will become crumbly, the color changes slightly  and you have a nice fragrant smell.
