Celery – pick fresh and bright looking celery
Cucumber – I used English cucumber, but any cucumber will work.
Step by Step Instructions:
To a blender add few ice cubes, celery pieces, cucumber, green apple, ginger, lemon and salt. Now and half cup of water.
Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately!
Pro Tips:
Do not skip ginger and lemon. They add so much flavor to the smoothie
Add a pinch of salt to balance out the flavors.
FAQ’s-
You can add few dates, if you like it sweeter.
Mint will go well in this smoothie.
Banana, Spinach and orange can be added. If adding banana, skip the cucumber.
Yes, you can strain it and enjoy it as juice. But remember all the fiber will be removed.

Ingredients
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 small green apple
- ½ cup chopped cucumber
- ½ inch ginger, peeled
- 1-2 tsp lemon juice
- pinch of salt
- ¾ cup cold water
- 5 ice cubes
Instructions
