I have compiled a list of pickles (pachadi) I have blogged so far for a quick reference. The recipes are made of either vegetables, dals or coconut. Typically most of these pachadi’s need to be consumed with in two to three days.

Serve these pachadi’s with hot white rice and a dollop of ghee.
