Sundal Recipes – collection of South Indian Style snacks made with boiled beans and veggies. Healthy and tasty these sundal are often served as Neivedyam for festivals and Navratri.

Navratri is a Hindu festival celebrated for nine night and ten days. It symbolizes the triumph of good over evil. Each day neivedyam is offered to the goddess and shared among friends and family who come to visit golu.

Sundal is a dry dish made with legumes, which are soaked overnight, pressured cooked and tempered with mustard seeds, green chilly, coconut and coriander leaves. While the most common one is the Chickpea Sundal, there are many more varieties made.
