While packing for school, add the sauces between the salad and falafel, so it doesn’t touch the pita bread and make it soggy. You can also send the sauces in a small container.

4- Bow Tie Pasta with Sundried Tomato Pesto
Heat olive oil in a skillet and add garlic and red chili flakes. Add broccoli and pinch of salt and cook for 5 mins. Add some spinach and sauté for a minute. Add cooked bowtie pasta, sun dried tomato pesto, pinto beans and lemon juice. Gently mix everything, taste and adjust the pesto and salt.
5 – Frozen Black Bean Burger
Saute onion and red bell pepper with a pinch of salt ( keep them slightly crunchy). Once it cools add some Maggi sweet and spicy sauce to it. Heat a frozen black bean burger and toast the bun. To the bottom of the bun add some lettuce or spinach, top it with the burger, mayo and onion and bell pepper. Top it with more lettuce and put the bun.
