My collection of 25+ easy and delicious Indian sweets to celebrate Holi.

Holi, the Festival of Colors is a Indian festival celebrated in the spring season. It signifies the victory of good over evil and is celebrated as a day of meeting friends and family, spreading love and happiness.

Food is a big part of Holi celebration, sweets in particular are made and shared with friends and family.

This year Holi is celebrated on March 8, 2023. Here is a compilation of special Indian sweets from my blog which are apt for Holi festival.

Instructions

  • You can serve a mix of homemade and store bought desserts, You can serve payasam, kheer and halwa in mini cups, serve fruits which are in season, add some flowers or roses in the board to make it colorful.
  • I served Rice Kheer, Almond Katli and Mini Cakes
  • Few fruits like fresh strawberry, peaches and grapes were served. they compliment the sweets well.
  • I also added some nuts and chocolate to complete the board.
